My Approach
The first step is to book a 25 minute Discovery Call. Here, we will discuss your interest in working with me, and your end goals, and we will decide if working together will be beneficial for both of us. The second step is to fill out the initial paperwork you will receive upon booking a package with me. Packages range from 1 meet-up, to 6 weeks, to 3, 4, and 6 months together.
After your paperwork is completed, our first 90 minutes session will be to review the paperwork and begin tailoring a wellness plan that fits your individual body, environment, lifestyle, and budget. Some changes may be small, some changes may be scary, but all changes will be fully supported and we will have regular check-ins to ensure your success. Texts and emails are unlimited if you book a 6 week or longer package. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable in order to reveal the best you there is!
