Like many others in the holistic wellness industry, I found my way here due to my own health complications.

As a Type 1 diabetic with an insulin pump, and severe PMS, I was on a mission to help solve my hormone and seemingly genetic autoimmune disorders. What I discovered is that we have the ability to affect our genetic dispositions by taking care of our immediate environment and the toxins surrounding us. This includes indulging in a properly prepared, nutrient dense diet. Food truly is our medicine, if we use it in the correct way! Since discovering this, I have been following holistic professionals on social media and gathering as much knowledge as possible, until I took the plunge and attended school to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I am now on a mission to help inform the general populace of items that they may feel are too difficult to change, but are actually quite simple. Small steps are the way to progress, and when we know better, we do better. If you work with me, you will hear the phrase ‘Get comfortable with being uncomfortable’ a lot, because if we stay in our comfort zone, how are we expecting anything to change? :)


My Approach

 

The first step is to book a 25 minute Discovery Call. Here, we will discuss your interest in working with me, and your end goals, and we will decide if working together will be beneficial for both of us. The second step is to fill out the initial paperwork you will receive upon booking a package with me. Packages range from 1 meet-up, to 6 weeks, to 3, 4, and 6 months together.

After your paperwork is completed, our first 90 minutes session will be to review the paperwork and begin tailoring a wellness plan that fits your individual body, environment, lifestyle, and budget. Some changes may be small, some changes may be scary, but all changes will be fully supported and we will have regular check-ins to ensure your success. Texts and emails are unlimited if you book a 6 week or longer package. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable in order to reveal the best you there is!
